At the beginning of this journey with the Discovery, all the focus was on off-roading capabilities and the models were canned for unreliability and comfort. With the passage of time, Land Rover has improved the things introduced its Discovery 3 in 2005 with an entirely new look and excellent features.

The Land Rover Discovery 3 was introduced as a high end 4x4 off-roader in the UK in 2005. The vehicle was introduced in three model trims where S, SE, and HSE were offered. The automaker exclusively offered the vehicle with two engine choices including V6 and V8 turbo diesel engines.

The Discovery 3 then left all these models behind and led the market from the front.
